Our largest bedroom, with a beautiful bay window and a full workspace. The Regency is a furnished ground-floor double at The Coastal Key, our newly set-up six-bedroom house on Wilson Avenue in Brighton.
At £1,125 per month, it includes all bills, fast Wi-Fi and fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire property, including your bedroom with your permission.
YOUR ROOM
The Regency’s leaded bay window brings natural light into the room and frames your workspace. A velvet-headboard double bed, deep purple feature wall, teal accents and warm bedside lighting create a comfortable place to unwind.
If you work from home, the full desk setup gives you shelving, a lockable drawer, a padded office chair and a monitor, all ready to use.
Your room comes with:

The room is at the front of the house on the ground floor. Two modern shower rooms serve the four ground-floor bedrooms. There are no en-suites.
THE HOUSE
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, crockery and utensils provided, plus your own allocated fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space.
The shared lounge and dining area give you somewhere to relax or enjoy a meal with housemates. Outside, there’s a beautiful back garden with decking and seating. Laundry is covered too, with a washer-dryer and an outdoor washing line.
Everything is set up for you to bring your belongings and settle in.
THE LOCATION
Wilson Avenue puts you on the eastern side of Brighton, with access to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Kemptown, Brighton Marina and the seafront. You’re also near the Downs for walking, running and getting outdoors.
A bus stop is just a couple of doors away, useful for travelling around Brighton and connecting onwards to Brighton railway station.
There’s free parking directly outside the property and on surrounding side roads, subject to spaces being available.

We also have a furnished single at £725 and other double rooms ranging from £950 to £1,075 per month. All include bills, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and fortnightly cleaning.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months.

Hi, I’m Imo, co-founder of clearkey living. We manage the house directly, and we’re currently finding our first residents, so you’d be joining a new household rather than an established group.
We’d love to welcome working professionals, contractors, people relocating to Brighton, and mature or postgraduate students looking for a comfortable, well-kept home.
More than anything, we’re looking for friendly, considerate people who clean up after themselves, communicate openly and respect each other’s belongings, routines and downtime.
A chat in the kitchen, an occasional shared dinner or a film night would be lovely, but there’s no expectation to socialise all the time. Having your own space matters too.
The cleaning service helps keep the house looking its best, with everyone doing their bit between visits.
