At £950 per month, it includes all bills, fast Wi-Fi and fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire property, including your bedroom with your permission.
YOUR ROOM
The Seaview enjoys views towards the sea on one side and the Downs on the other. A deep purple feature wall, velvet headboard and coastal artwork give it its own character.
Your room comes with:
• A double bed, 120cm wide, with a velvet headboard • 100% organic cotton bed linen and towels • A hypoallergenic duvet, pillows, throw and cushions • A wardrobe with drawers, wooden hangers and a mirror • A desk by the window, monitor and mesh office chair with headrest • Bedside lighting and a laundry basket • Your own secure bedroom access
The room has sloping ceilings and sits upstairs, away from the main communal areas. The bright upstairs shower room has a skylight and is shared with just one other resident, in The Downs room. It is separate from the bedroom, rather than an en-suite.
THE HOUSE
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, crockery and utensils provided. Each resident has their own allocated fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space.
You’ll also have a shared lounge and dining area, a washer-dryer, an outdoor washing line, and a beautiful back garden with decking and seating. There’s space to enjoy a meal together, relax outdoors or have a change of scenery when working from home.
There are three modern shower rooms across the house for six residents.
THE LOCATION
Wilson Avenue puts you on the eastern side of Brighton, with access to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Kemptown, Brighton Marina and the seafront. The nearby Downs offer plenty of opportunities for walking, running and enjoying the outdoors.
A bus stop is just a couple of doors away, handy for getting around Brighton and connecting onwards to Brighton railway station.
There’s free parking directly outside the property and on surrounding side roads, subject to spaces being available.

We also have a furnished single room at £725 and other double rooms ranging from £950 to £1,125 per month. All include bills, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and the fortnightly cleaning service.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months.

Hi, I’m Imo, co-founder of clearkey living. We manage the house directly, and we’re currently finding our first residents, so you’d be joining a new household rather than an established group.
We’d love to welcome working professionals, contractors, people relocating to Brighton, and mature or postgraduate students looking for a comfortable, well-kept home.
More than anything, we’re looking for friendly, considerate people who clean up after themselves, communicate openly and respect each other’s belongings, routines and downtime.
A chat in the kitchen, an occasional shared dinner or a film night would be lovely, but there’s no expectation to socialise all the time. Having your own space matters too.
The cleaning service helps keep the house looking its best, with everyone doing their bit between visits.
