At £950 per month, it includes all bills, fast Wi-Fi and fortnightly professional cleaning of the entire property, including your bedroom with your permission.
YOUR ROOM
Leaded windows, a soft lilac feature wall and a grey velvet headboard create a welcoming space. Your desk and monitor are ready for working or studying, with an orange velvet chair adding a splash of colour.
Your room comes with:
• A double bed, 120cm wide, with a velvet headboard • 100% organic cotton bed linen and towels • A hypoallergenic duvet, pillows, throw and cushions • A double wardrobe with wooden hangers and a mirror • A desk, chair and monitor • Bedside lighting and a laundry basket • Your own secure bedroom access
The room has sloping ceilings and sits at the front of the house on the top floor. The bright upstairs shower room has a skylight and is shared with just one other resident, in The Seaview room. It is separate from the bedroom, rather than an en-suite.
THE HOUSE
The fully equipped kitchen comes with cookware, crockery and utensils, plus your own allocated fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space.
There’s a shared lounge and dining area, a washer-dryer, an outdoor washing line, and a beautiful back garden with decking and seating. Whether you fancy dinner with housemates or some time outside with a book, there’s space beyond your bedroom to enjoy.
The house has three modern shower rooms for six residents.
THE LOCATION
The house is on Wilson Avenue in eastern Brighton, with access to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Kemptown, Brighton Marina and the seafront.
The nearby Downs are a lovely option for getting outdoors, whether you enjoy walking, running or simply taking a break from your screen.
A bus stop is just a couple of doors away, with connections around Brighton and onwards to Brighton railway station. Free parking is available directly outside and on surrounding side roads, subject to spaces being available.

We also have a furnished single at £725 and other double rooms ranging from £950 to £1,125 per month. All include the same bills, Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and fortnightly cleaning service.
Single occupancy. Minimum stay two months.

Hi, I’m Imo, co-founder of clearkey living. We manage the house directly, and we’re currently finding our first residents, so you’d be joining a new household rather than an established group.
We’d love to welcome working professionals, contractors, people relocating to Brighton, and mature or postgraduate students looking for a comfortable, well-kept home.
More than anything, we’re looking for friendly, considerate people who clean up after themselves, communicate openly and respect each other’s belongings, routines and downtime.
A chat in the kitchen, an occasional shared dinner or a film night would be lovely, but there’s no expectation to socialise all the time. Having your own space matters too.
The cleaning service helps keep the house looking its best, with everyone doing their bit between visits.
