Thanks for checking out my ad for a furnished double room in my spotlessly clean, tidy and cozy semi detached house, the room has a double bed, double wardrobe and wall mounted smart TV, there is a garden and off road parking, there is a shower room, no bath, a lovely cozy living room, kitchen diner and off road parking, sky tv/sports in every room, you must be full time employed, very clean and tidy, a non smoker and not a man utd fan 😂 the house is around 15 mins walk to town centre and train station, all bills and laundry are included, rent to be paid monthly by standing order one month in advance, any questions feel free to ask .
