About the room

Thanks for checking out my ad for a furnished double room in my spotlessly clean, tidy and cozy semi detached house, the room has a double bed, double wardrobe and a 55’’ wall mounted smart TV with sky/sports/netflix, there is a lovely patio and grass area in the private garden with outside furniture and a firepit table and off road parking There is a shower room, no bath, a lovely cozy living room with a 65’’ wall mounted TV, there is a smaller bedroom upstairs with a desk perfect for remote working and a kitchen diner. Preferably you should be employed, clean and tidy, and not a man utd fan 😂 the house is around 15 mins walk to town centre and train station, all bills and laundry are included, rent to be paid weekly by standing order one month in advance, if you WFH the rent will be 140 a week between October and March, maximum 6 months term negotiable on completion. If you are new to this, nervous, as it’s obviously a big thing, or have any doubts then have a week no charge, if you change your mind or don’t think I’m the housemate for you then that’s not a problem at all. I’m a laid back, openminded guy, who gets on with most people and would be a delight to live with ☺️, I’m very loyal and would make a good mate, I’m young at heart, I love football and a good time 😊any questions feel free to ask.
