Single room available from 9th May 2026. This includes a single bed, drawers and a wardrobe. It is advisable to provide your own bedding, however a single base sheet is provided. We have free off road communal parking and an area to park your bicycle if required. You are welcome to bring your own TV and free WiFi is available and all bills are included within your rent. A £530 deposit is required to secure the room and returned following departure.
The 1st month’s rent would be payable on the move in date. Please note that this is a short-term tenancy only, between 6 & 9 months.

We are a married female couple in our early 50’s and have lived here for 13 years with our cat, Muffin. We work full time hours day and night Monday to Friday and chill out on a weekend or visit family. The area is very quiet and in the summer we have a lovely private back garden to relax in.
