Spacious double bedroom for £600, double glazed windows, central heated, nicely decorated and very modern. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and available in July 2026 (date tbc). Viewings available from the 18th of July.

We have a nice private back garden and a communal drive way which doesn’t require a permit. The house is located between York City centre and Clifton Moor retail park. There are amenities within the area for groceries and fast food with a local post office near by.

There are good bus routes and cycle routes to the City, universities and retail parks. We are looking for a mature working single person/student with no children or pets. Potentially long term tenancy if required.

We are a married female couple in our early 50’s and we work full time hours during the day and each evening, Monday to Friday. We require a quiet environment between Sunday and Thursday due to our early start times.

On weekends we either chill out or catch up with friends and family. We also have a cat who is both indoor and outdoor. This is also a very clean cosy environment to live in with very nice quiet neighbours.
