I am a 24-year-old part time student/professional studying BA hons looking for a quiet and long-term place. Im part of LGBTQ+ community🌈 so as a gay man I believe in equality and freedom to live your life fully without being judged.

Also I have boyfriends who do visit me time to time 😁 but I’ll be the only person who’d be moving in. Hence I prefer my own place and not a shared room.

I’ll be renting through UC Arrangement and can provide my UC statements to verify income. I’d highly appreciate if there is no guarantor needed as I can pay rent through Alternative Payment Arrangement (APA/Managed Payment to Landlord (MPTL)) which I’m doing currently to ensure rent is paid on time directly to the landlord. 👍
