Elijah

I like to; cook, hike, forage, socialise, work and enjoy my days under the sun. Struggling artist and writer. I am often quiet though I sometimes play music if I am at home in the day, I keep a good level of tidiness, and always do my best to be respectful and respect the wishes of others. I will often tend towards being out and about during the day hiking and foraging, seeking a bargain or conversing. I prepare most meals and bake often - I often make use of the kitchen a few hours before midday and later on in the evening.

No consistent employment for almost a year now as I struggle to hold down a typical job (details can be provided.) This means I currently will be claiming housing benefit / universal credit as a means of paying rent and living costs for the foreseeable future.

I can provide: references, (one from my current landlady whom I have lodged with for many months,) character references, receipts, and proof of entitlements. I will be in touch with Derby council as necessary and DWP as soon as I can see a Lodger’s Agreement (one of which is absolutely necessary!) I can also seek a guarantor as determined.
