Looking for an additional person to buddy up (ASAP) with to rent a property - maximum of around £1300 for a two or more bed property with council tax band of A or B: £650 each exclusive of bills. I have an analytical eye and can find great value within a budget. I would like to divide space fairly and evenly between us so we have equal space but I am not too bothered about the lounge.

I actually have a shortlist of potential places ready to go, but my previous prospective co-tenant unfortunately had to pull out due to health reasons.

Property criteria: Preferred Areas: Kirkstall, Burley, Headingley, Meanwood, Pudsey, Farsley, Calverley, Oakwood, or Roundhay. Space: Generous room sizes and high ceilings. Storage: Dedicated, secure space for bicycles is essential. Transport: Quick, easy commute to the city centre (near a train station or on direct cycle routes). Pets: Pet-friendly is a big bonus (I don’t have one right now, but love animals), though not a strict dealbreaker.

Currently recovering from a long term health condition and a couple of injuries so value peace, space and quiet a lot of the time. Nonetheless, I am sociable, value ethics and like to listen - and sometimes I can let my hair down (Literally and figuratively) to have some fun.
