37, working at a University in Marketing in a hybrid manner so office 2/3 days a week. Like films, sports, music and keeping fit. Quiet and clean, respectful of others. Lived in Leeds city centre for a few years and loved it. Very easy to get on with and always up for a chat, walk, coffee or beer or even a gig or event.
