I’m looking for someone to share a property with for a minimum of 2yrs.

I’m a very quiet, reserved, 50yr old man who keeps myself to myself. I am sociable but with the right person/people on occasions. I’m not really a drinker so not suitable if you drink nightly or get leathered every weekend. I don’t mind a couple of beers on a Friday/Saturday night but that’s as far as I go really.

I work from home and need a quiet environment to carry out my work, so would be preferable if you were out most of the day during the week, but this is not essential if you are considerate. I need fibre broadband for my work so need somewhere I can take my existing contract to.

I’m an early to bed and early riser type. I try and keep my sleep cycle consistent so I would prefer a more mature housemate - not necessarily in age, but in respect to not being a late night party animal or a late to bed, late up kind of person.

I enjoy hiking and wild camping. I also like to chill with a movie or series on Netflix but I don’t watch TV.

I’m looking for a kind, respectful, considerate, trustworthy housemate to share in a nice suburban(ish) home in a respectable area. I would prefer female (not in a creepy way) because I get on with women better than men.

I’m clean and tidy, and considerate so expect the same.

Socioeconomic status, occupation, sexuality, illness or disability etc are irrelevant to me. I only care about the content of a person’s character and whether they are decent people or not.

£425-450 towards half of rent so looking for a property around the £850-900 mark, bills not included.
