Hi, I’m a sociable young professional looking for an ensuite room in York or Leeds, as I will be beginning a new job in York City Centre early September. Therefore, I need a room which is easy to commute from to York City centre [about 1hour journey], but I am not too fussed about the specific area I live in. I am looking for a roomie who is tidy, and won’t mind me having friends over [typically in my room] once a week. I’m not a huge drinker, I don’t smoke or have any pets.
