Hi! I’m Candice :)

I’ve been living in Scotland since leaving my gorgeous Sydney home nearly four years ago. I am looking to move back to London and would love to find a suitable room in a clean house.

A furnished, double room would be required and it must be okay for my wee dog, Francoise (pronounced Fron-swaaz) to join us. She is an absolute delight of a dog - I call her Miss Congeniality. She is a Cavachon so doesn’t malt.

I’m open as to whether it is short or long term as I’m pretty flexible at this stage of relocation. I’m changing careers currently so off work for a few months. Looking to move in April, but flexible on dates.

I’m very fun, jovial and a big fan of traveling, with Italy being my favourite destination. I’m a bit of a creative (love photography and antique/furniture restoration) and am overall, a very warm person, super easy to get along with.

I’m very clean and prefer to live with others who think this is important! Although, I’m not worried about a dish in the sink ;)

I’ve spent my career working in SaaS/tech sales, most recently in management, but have decided to change careers completely. One day, I would like to have my own bar! Bring on the med and some sun!

I consider myself a “young” 40 y/o but incredibly responsible. I will happily pay rent far in advance if required and can provide references from current landlord, and an agency from whom I rented a flat from in Blackheath, SE3, for six months in 2021.

My preference would be to live with just one other, with two being the maximum.
