The room is on the bottom floor of a three storey student property in Fulford, York. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, pin board and wardrobe.Relatively close to stores, especially Aldi, the University of York and York St John. There is a decent kitchen and living room space with one toilet downstairs and a shower on the second floor. Videos and photos of the property can be sent if requested. Washer, dryer and dishwasher included, bill will be sorted out separately

The flatmates are all girls going into our second year at Uni of York doing a variety of degrees. We like hanging out together but are a fairly tame group who take our academics seriously. We enjoy film nights, cooking, going out to eat or go to events.
