The room is furnished with a king size bed and bed sidedrawers at either side. Wardrobe, corner cupboard and a blanket box, table & chair etc. nicely decorated. Clean. Close to horsforth train station. There are 2-different buses which go to Leeds. One is outside the flat which pases the train & bus stn thatgoes to Garforth. The other goes past university and to Leeds bus station. Asda is only up the hill on the opposite bus route.

At present, I live alone, I’m 66-yrs old. It’s a 2-bed flat. It has a spare room of which will be available. Shared bathroom & toilet & kitchen. The flat is for none smokers only.
