3 bed semi attached house. 1 double room to be rented out, new bed, built in wardrobes, under bed storage, vanity desk, media wall with tv. All bills included
Single dad 39 with shared child responsibility of 3 children, 12, 6 and 4. Have kids sat, sun, mon nights. Ideally a mon-Friday lodger would be perfect and at a lower cost but don’t mind renting out full time but would need to do checks as kids will be staying over weekends. You must be child friendly
