Looking for a female tenant. Newly refurbished double room with media wall, Bluetooth mirror, vanity area, double wardrobe with internal draws. House is a 3 bed semi detached house at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Has free parking within the close, nice rear garden and house is fully furnished. I would like references and a dbs checked as I do have children over the weekends. You Must be tidy, respectful, child friendly and ideally Non smoking. The preference of a woman is a preference from my 12 year old daughter and it is for her comfortability. All bills are included in the rent including tv Chanel’s and internet.

I’m 40 very active male, I’m friendly, quiet, reasonable And easy to communicate with. I have 3 children 12, 6 and 4 that stay sat, sun and Monday nights. We are out and about most of the time and during the week they stay with their mum. I stay away from the home Tuesday and Friday nights plus away after work during the week doing the kids after school hobbies or circuit training. The house is pretty empty a lot of the time, You will find plenty of time to yourself, you are welcome to make it homely with your personal touches, photos and your home comfies/belongings. Your Friends and family are welcome but please be thoughtful. if you want a free house to entertain then it’s all about communication and planning in advance to give me time make arrangements to stay away if need be which 9/10 is no problem at all.
