About the room

Rear double room to rent in home with live-in landlady, in a quiet and tidy house in Greenwich. House is 3 bed with spare room used for occasional family visits. Large living room and dining room which you are welcome to use. I also have a cat. Room unfurnished and there is a built in wardrobe space.

Females only.

Room should be available from September onwards but this could change/ be flexible.

Viewings available from mid-august due to redecorating and travelling.

About the roomies

I am currently doing my PhD so work from home most of the time (using the dining room/office space) but also leave to visit my partner/ family occasionally.

I am a respectful and tidy person who values the same in a roommate.
