Hey guys! We’re looking for two or three people to join us in renting this incredible house in Forest Hill, just 5 minutes by bus from Forest Hill, Catford and Catford Bridge stations. The house is massive, has a 100 foot garden and is in great decorative order. We are three guys of very different backgrounds and ages, but we get on really well and want other people to join us with the same vibe. We are viewing this Saturday (22nd March) lunchtime, with a view to putting down a holding deposit as soon as we can so we don’t lose it. Ideally, we’re hoping to move in late April, but there is some flexibility there. The rent is based on 5 sharers, but we could potentially rent a 6th room and still have a guest room/office free! That would of course mean a reduction of each person’s rent in the region of £150pcm, but we would only do that if everyone was happy.
