We’re urgently looking for a fourth person to join us in the incredible spacious and light new-build property, just 12 minutes from Norbury station (15 minutes to Balham and the Northern Line, and 35 minutes to London Victoria) The house is immaculate, A rated on the EPC scale (cheap to heat) and has loads of space. There are two options for rooms, and both are a really great size- you would have the option of either. The house has a massive kitchen diner, a separate large reception room, a sun trap of a patio, large garden, 3 bathrooms, a separate WC on the ground floor and will be part furnished. There is also a separate office/guest room on the first floor.
