I’ve found this incredible property in a gated cul-de-sac near Crystal Palace, but it will require 4 or 5 of us to cover the rent. We’re looking for two more people to join us. Looking for mature, easy-going and friendly people who like the odd house ‘social’ but also respect each other’s time and schedules. Council tax band D (I don’t know how!) It’s 5 minutes from Gypsy Hill train station, so very well connected! I will be able to provide almost all of the furniture required, as I’ll be moving from a similar sized house. This will include fun stuff like a ping pong table, garden furniture, outdoor pizza oven, pro treadmill, pro rowing machine, exercise bike, BBQ, large screen TV for the living room (with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc free of charge) and lots of other things! As of now, only the room marked with an ‘X’ is definitely taken, so what’s left is: 1/ The third bedroom (13’6 x 9’10) @ £925 2/ Bedroom 4- 9’10 x 9’10 @ £750 3/ Bedroom 5- 11’1 x 6’11 @£675 (The occupant has the option to choose the room on the ground floor in the bottom left of the floor plan, if they prefer) If any of these is of interest, please get back to me and we can then exchange numbers to discuss further. At the moment, we are two guys (40’s and 30’s) For balance, ideally we’d like at least one or two girls to join us We’re all easy going, friendly and sociable people, who would like to come together once in a while as a house (for the odd meal, movie nights etc) but are also mindful and respectful of each others privacy and schedules
