Molly's room

The room is the largest in the house (4.5 x 3.5 m). It has a large cupboard (does not take away from the floorplan since it is separate), includes double bed, desk, two side tables, a shelf, mirror and the cupboard. The shower room/toilet is shared with two other people, both are females, so looking for a female housemate. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from campus west, about 15 minutes to town centre. It is less than 10 minute walk to Aldi, and has other shops/takeaways from it. The street is off the main road, and is very quiet. The rent is paid for until 16th January, but I will be moving out before Christmas, I am happy for you to move in early without paying for those extra weeks.

The other housemates are all in their final years of university of York, studying a range of subjects. I am moving out because I am moving in with my partner. The kitchen is sociable, where activities such as board games, puzzles and mario kart are played.
