Hello! We are advertising two very spacious double rooms. The front double room has just been decorated (all upstairs rooms have had new blinds fitted) and has a large, solid-wood wardrobe. The back double bedroom is in great condition, has a single solid wood wardrobe and a stunning view of Manchester. Our three bedroom semidetached house is situated in a nice part of Woodley, Stockport with leafy green surroundings, shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner (notably the Joshua Bradley and The Hare and Hounds - on Werneth Low). There is Woodley train station 5 minutes walk down the road which has a direct line to Manchester and there is bus stop just outside the house which goes to Tameside or Stockport in either direction. You would be sharing with one other lodger but the relationship and dynamics are important to us so we would agree any living arrangements first. The live in landlady lives in a contained flat downstairs but will be on hand for any help or support. You would have access to the fully furnished living room, dinning room, bathroom, downstairs toilet and sink, front drive (for parking), and back garden. Our kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances; toaster, microwave, airfryer, kettle, oven, grill, stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and stand alone chest freezer. The live in landlady is retired in her 60s. She enjoys going out for meals, watching TV programmes, film, wine, gardening and socialising.
