This is a 10 years old house. Fully furnished. Airbnb like condition. The loft is ensuite bedroom and the rent is £900. On the first floor there is a family bathroom. There is a double room and the rent is £800. There is another single room on the first floor is kept for landlord. The rent includes all bills. Yearly contract and student preferred. Contract starts on early June 24. There is living room, toilet and kitchen on the ground floor. Two Students are welcomed with discount. Reference check needed. If not pass, need to pay rent upfront. 3 months upfront and one month deposit required.

There is no roomies up to now. So the students can form their own roomies to live with.
