About the room
Hi!
I’m moving into another room in our house making my cosy little beauty available!
Unfortunately the landlord is only accepting female tenants at the moment, and ideally we’re looking for a professional or full time student to move in.
The house has a shared kitchen and living room area, and the main bathroom (pictured) is shared between three tenants as the fourth has an en-suite.
It’s in a great spot close to Shadsworth Industrial Estate and Blackburn hospital making it ideal for nurses etc! And there’s a bus stop to the centre less than five minutes away.
All bills are included in the rent except for gas and electric which we split four ways at the end of every month

About the roomies
The other three housemates are moving out meaning it’s just me at the minute - I work Monday-Friday and stay with my partner at the weekend so I definitely won’t be in your way haha! But I’m definitely up for a chat when I’m home☺️
