Currently Im in the middle of decorating Dining room, but that shouldn’t affect your stay. House is situated on the border between Heaviley/Davenport with nearby Davenport Train station only 3 min walk. Local Post Office, Spar Shop, Pharmacy, Bar, take away and Off Licence shop is on bottom of the street.

House location is great for public transport. Bus stop is 5 min walk, Davenport Train Station only 3 min away. House is ideal for commute directly to Manchester. Very good Transport link. Local Petrol Station on the bottom of the street is open 24/7 also with a Free ATM.

The Kichen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge/Freezer, Dryer and Extra Freezer. Also, back of the house offers lovely Garden, with some of my personal Plants and Trees. Garden is brilliant in hot summer nights, where I used to spend it outdoor relaxing, having a well-deserved drink.

Dining room with large dining table, also Office Table with PC and printer. House has Fibre High Speed broadband with secured Mesh Network which covers all areas in and outside the house.

Living Room is my favourite room in the house. It is extremely comfortable, and it has to offer my amazing sound system and large 4K TV.

Parking is on the street outside the house.

5 min away across the main road is beautiful Park, which is beautiful in Spring & Summer time. Amazing for exercise and relax on a sunny weekend day.

Price is £540/ Month … But please be aware Energies (gas, electriciy are going up .. so Im waiting for the first bill to arrive and there will be some changes….

Im looking for someone easy going, proffesional, animal lover, clean and tidy. If you have a pet, unless its a dog and it is friendly with other dogs especially that mine. Some dogs are very territorial, so bare that in mind.

NOTE: Please dont send your Fathers , moms and siblings to come over view the room, because they will not be living in this house , therefor I would like to meet you first , have a small chat , if both sides are happy… then we are good. Looking forward to answer any of your questions. Thanks B.
