I’m looking for an eligible student to take over my Nutford House accommodation through the official University of London process.

The room is a furnished single room with a washbasin. Bathrooms are shared, and the residence has common areas and a private garden. It’s a short walk from Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Hyde Park.

I’m hoping to arrange the takeover as soon as possible. The transfer must be approved by the University of London, and the replacement student must meet its eligibility requirements.
