Option to have furnished room (Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror and vanity/dressing table) for small fee. Modern large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, living area, and spacious bathroom and storage. Agency looks after all maintenance issues or queries and are very helpful. Utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet) and council tax (Tax Band C) are shared, around £100-180 per month.

🚆 Transport:

Orpington and St Mary train stations nearby (around 10-15 mins by bus) with direct connections to Central London and Kent. 2 bus stations <2 mins walk. Can potentially negotiate parking spot.

Cleaning of shared spaces is rotated weekly to keep things tidy. Furniture can be adjusted if you have your own or prefer a different setup. If you’re into plants but don’t have your own, I’d be happy to share or help you pick some out for your room.
