Although technically the apartment’s main bathroom, it will be for your personal use, as I have my own en-suite bathroom attached to my bedroom. The only exception is that occasional visitors may use the main bathroom when visiting the apartment. This arrangement offers considerably more privacy and convenience than a typical house share, where bathrooms are used daily by several people. 🛋️ Shared Living Spaces You’ll have full access to the apartment’s communal areas, including the living room and kitchen. Nearby transport options include Bow Road and Mile End Underground stations and Bow Church or Devons Road DLR. There are also supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms and green spaces within easy reach.

I’m a friendly, easy-going and independent professional with a background in higher education and the charity sector. I mainly work from home, so I’m around most of the time, and I’m very comfortable in my own company. I tend to keep myself to myself and enjoy a peaceful, relaxed home environment. That said, I’m always happy to have a chat or share a laugh. I simply appreciate having my own space and respect other people’s need for theirs. I live alone, so you’ll only be sharing the apartment with me. I’m looking for someone who is considerate, tidy, independent and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, someone who enjoys a quiet, comfortable home rather than a busy or overly sociable house share. I believe the best living arrangements are those where people can feel completely at home, enjoy their independence and get along naturally without feeling obliged to socialise. The monthly rent includes all household bills (utilities, heating, electricity, water, council tax and broadband), but not food or personal groceries.
