The landlord has also provided the electric room heater cum fan to individual rooms in the flat. We have got a spacious living room, kitchen with dining table, washing machine & a bathroom which is shared by the three flatmates. We are looking for a professional male to share the flat. All three flatmates are responsible to maintain the tidiness of the apartment. I love cooking, watching movie, listening music & going on walks. We respect each other’s privacy. It’s a non smoking flat, so in case you wish to smoke, you may use the balcony. The rent for the double room is 620pounds per month plus an equal share of bills are paid by all 3 flatmates.
