Hi! I’m Elena, 33, an Italian postdoctoral researcher who has just started at AstraZeneca on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. I’m looking for a home from mid-November: either a room with an en-suite in a pet-friendly flatshare, or someone to team up with on a 2-bed flat. About me: I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with. Outside work I love reading and writing, long walks, rowing, and exploring Cambridge’s cafés and bookshops. I enjoy the occasional dinner or drink with housemates, but I also value quiet time and my own space. I work flexible hours, partly from home. About Toby: I’m bringing home Toby, a toy poodle puppy, in mid-November. He’s tiny, low-shedding and hypoallergenic-ish, and I have a full house-training plan ready. With flexible hours, I’ll be around a lot for him. Good to know: My partner lives abroad and visits roughly once a month or every other month, for a weekend or up to a week. My mum may visit occasionally too.
