Hi! I’m Shaz, a professional dog trainer and walker, and I’ll be bringing my labrador, Milo who is calm, well-trained and very lovable (as you’d hope from a dog trainer’s dog!).

I run my own dog walking, training and care business, so I’m organised, reliable and out and about for much of the day. At home I’m [sociable but respectful of space / happy to share a meal or keep to myself]. I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with.

I occasionally board dogs for trusted clients, no more than 4 at a time. I keep this small and well-managed, and it’s never a kennel situation. Every dog is assessed in advance for temperament and behaviour, and you’d always get a heads-up before any stay. Your room stays entirely dog-free, and shared areas are kept clean as part of my daily routine.

You don’t need to be a dog person, just comfortable living with a well-behaved one (cuddles optional!). If you’re friendly, reliable and up for finding a place together, I’d love to hear from you.

I’m looking to find a 2-bed property with a secure garden or outside area with someone.

To make things easy for any landlord, I’ll seek their written permission before any boarding and apply for the relevant local council animal boarding licence, so everything is fully above board. I hold public liability /business insurance, I can provide references from previous landlords, and will have the property professionally cleaned and treated at the end of the tenancy. I’m happy to discuss any reasonable terms that give a landlord peace of mind.
