Hi, I’m Paul and I’m looking for a place in Stratford-Upon-Avon with a budget of £750 per month for no more than 3 months max, while my home choice plus account with Stratford District Council is sorted and up and running and I have successfully bid on a new long term home, I am quiet, clean and tidy, keep to myself, no drugs, smoking, vaping, drinking, kids or any trouble. If you can help, I am homeless on the 19th of this month with a serious heart condition. I have £400 for deposit or first month’s rent, Universal Credit will pay direct to you at the end of each month the total rent owed, my situation prevents me from paying a month deposit and a month in advance, but you will have no issues with Mr, I guarantee it.
