Hey, I’m Simran.

I’m a professional who is relocating to Edinburgh from London. Currently in the retail market while I find something permanent. I held project management positions in London, graduated in 2024 and have recently finished off a travelling/volunteering on a career break.

I’m quite clean, and like an organised shared space.

I’m quite a day owl, I do like the occasional sleep in and tend to stay up late but knowing it is a shared space, I tend to keep to myself in my room with headphones on while I do a bit of yoga or watching netflix. That being said, I do love making new friends so we are up for hanging out with flatmates from time to time and socialising with them. I also get boundaries as I love them too so am respectful and appreciate when people or I have our individual “me times”.

I’m cool with pets, I don’t smoke but as long as there’s a designated smoking area in the home and it doesn’t fill up the house I’m all good with flatmates who do. I also don’t drink but all good with flatmates who do.

I’m quite happy exploring new places, walking around, reading, writing, qi gong, history, and learning new cultures. My love for travelling has increased these past couple of years and would love new people to head out on a weekend getaway if they’re up for it.
