Heya everyone, how’s it going? My name’s Dan, and I’m looking for a fellow renter to buddy up with. I need a furnished place, and have a UK-based guarantor. Can move in immediately!

A bit about me, I’m a postgraduate trainee doctor in his final year of medical school. Although a student, I’ve been staying in professionals-only accommodation for about a year now with no problems, and don’t mind paying council tax if the place is good. I’m looking for a room for the 2026-7 academic year.

I’m open to anywhere north of the river near the BRI, but ideally wanna be in Clifton, Redland, Cotham, or Kingsdown. Montpelier and Bishopston are also doable if the place is nice!

I’m a sociable, progressive, and calm person who’s very tidy and keeps noise to a minimum. I think emotional intelligence is an important quality, and I try and be as considerate a flatmate as I can. I like reading, writing articles, pub trips, museums, day trips, sidequests, board games, and movie nights! I don’t really mind how social my potential flatmate is, as long as we get along! I’m not super fussed about messiness or noise (although I myself am clean and quiet!), but would wanna live with someone who’s reasonably quiet and doesn’t play an instrument/DJ inside the house.
