I’m Sean, a self-employed philosophy tutor. Very clean and tidy, not a big partier. Into films (I’ve made a couple of shorts), reading, yoga and climbing. Looking for a double room with space for a desk, for a minimum of 6-12 months, likely longer. Ideally Dalston, Stoke Newington, Hackney, Homerton, Clapton, Highbury, Finsbury Park or nearby, within a few minutes’ walk of a station. Ground floor or a building with a lift preferred. References and a guarantor available. Can move in ASAP and I’m free most evenings for viewings. A home where people cook together & hang out, but also have separate lives.
