Hi, my name is Michael Speight and I am interested in finding a room and/or flat to rent in the Dorchester area. I am 35 years old, and while I am currently unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit, I hope this won’t be an issue, as I fully intend to find work as soon as I am settled. I do smoke, but am happy to take my habit outside. I do not drink or take any illicit substances, either, and I am quiet, reliable, clean, and respectful.
