Hi! I’m Ivy, 24 ys old, a recent MSc Finance graduate from Newcastle University. I work full time at a café near St Paul’s and I’m preparing for market risk roles in the City, so I’m out most days and quiet when I’m home.

What I’m looking for: a single or double room within about 30 minutes of St Paul’s (Elephant & Castle / Kennington / Walworth..), bills included, from early November. Furnished is ideal.

I don’t really care about the large or spacious room, what I look for is the time to commute to Millenium Bridge around 30-40 minutes (walk)

What to expect living with me: tidy, respectful of quiet hours, [non-smoker], and I always pay on time. We can have dinners together or live in our own space, I respect both.
