I’m 29, originally from Pisa, Italy, and I’m a PhD researcher coming to Edinburgh for a four-month research visit from October until February. I previously spent a research period in Edinburgh from March to July 2026, so I already know the city quite well and really enjoyed living there.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going, and I really value having a home that feels comfortable, friendly and relaxed. I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, share a coffee, cook together or go for a walk, but I’m also independent and definitely not a party person.

I have five years of experience living in a shared flat with four female flatmates, so I’m very comfortable with shared living and respectful of everyone’s routines, privacy and personal space.

I’ll mostly be working at the university rather than from home, so I’m also pretty easy-going when it comes to day-to-day routines. I’m hoping to find a home where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy living together. 😊
