I am an upcoming student at the University of Bristol and consider myself a responsible, disciplined and respectful person. I don’t smoke or drink, and I prefer a clean, peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I understand the importance of respecting other people’s privacy, feelings, routines and personal space, as well as taking good care of the property I live in. Coming from a middle-class family, I understand the value of money and belongings, so I would always treat the house and everything in it with care and respect.

My tuition fees and living expenses are already financially secured through an education loan, so I have planned my finances in advance and will be able to manage my rent and essential expenses reliably and on time.

I am not looking for a party house. My main priority is my studies, but I am also friendly and easy-going and would be happy to get along with my housemates and be part of a respectful and welcoming household.

I will keep shared areas clean, respect house rules, be considerate of other tenants and do my part to maintain a comfortable living environment for everyone.

In short, I am a clean, responsible, financially secure, respectful and easy-going student looking for a genuine home where I can focus on my studies while being a good housemate. 😊
