Hi! I’m looking for a room in a clean, safe and respectful home/flat share. Ideally looking for around £400–£500 PCM, with bills included or kept reasonably low. I’m open to locations across London, particularly areas with good transport links. I’m preferably looking for a female housemate/household, but I’m open to discussing suitable arrangements. I’m looking for someone who already has a property/room available rather than someone who is also looking for a property from scratch. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces and looking for a calm, comfortable living environment. I’d also want to meet/video call and view the property before agreeing to anything.
