Charlie

I’m Charlie, I’m Irish (grew up in Laois, lived in Dublin the past 2 years), I’m 21 and a chef at Trullo in Islington. I got to London at the start of the summer and have worked in a few places before landing my current job.

I’m quite outgoing, loving socialising, cooking meals for people, going for drinks, all that. I’m a big film buff as well as into a lot of classic rock and folk music.

I did a brief stint of art history and philosphy before deciding to drop it to work as a chef full time

I work usually 5 days a week, which can occasionally include weekends. Usually a mix of morning and evening shifts, so there will be a handful of evenings where I will get home quite late (but I like to think I’m very quiet).

Very new to London so excited to see the place and try new things! Still trying to find a good pub to regular as well…
