Hey, I’m a 25 year old working in Marketing & Content Creation (for hotels/bars in town not myself). Looking for a room in a friendly, clean flat/house share. Work: I work Monday-Friday in the Cathedral Quarter with the occasional weekend late nights. Interests: Most of my time goes to CrossFit after work, or brunch/drinks/seeing friends/visiting home (Donegal) when I have time off. Lifestyle: Clean, Tidy (everyone writes these) but very mindful of other people’s space. Stay busy during the day, so can be pretty chill at night/ staying at friends. *Not a big party person too often, but would gladly go on nights out / drinks / dinner. Looking for: Friendly/Clean Household that’s sociable but has their own routines. LGBT Friendly. Available to move in from August onwards. I drive so location shouldn’t be an issue, but would still like to be in walking distance to town.
