Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Freddy, I’m a 21-year-old professional student from London. I will be moving to Edinburgh in late August to start my grad scheme.

I am currently looking to joining a flatshare. As a tenant and flatmate, I am tidy, and very respectful of other people’s privacy and shared spaces. I don’t smoke, I don’t have any pets, and I am a responsible and easy-going person who appreciates a peaceful living environment.

I am looking for apartments in the following areas as they would be an easy commute for work for me :

Leith Bruntsfield Fountainbridge/Tollcr OSS Stockbridge Haymarket/Dalry Newington

However I am more than happy to live further out as long as the area is well-connected by public transport.

I am fully prepared to provide a guarantor, proof of funds, and references upon request to make the process as smooth as possible.

My budget is around £800 per month, with bills included, though I can be flexible depending on the property and what is offered.
