Hi, I’m Joel. I’ve lived across South America, New York, London and Australia, so I settle in easily and get on with most people. I’m an IT Consultant and a budding writer working on my debut novel, so some evenings you’ll find me quietly getting on with edits, other times I’m up for a chat in the kitchen or a wander to a new local spot. I’m also an excellent cook. I’m tidy, easygoing, and direct rather than passive-aggressive if something needs saying. Steady hours, no chaos, no revolving-door guests, but sociable when it’s warranted. Looking for a home that runs smoothly, where respect goes both ways and it’s fine to be chatty one night and total quiet the next.
