Hi, I’m Joana! I’m looking for a home rather than just a room somewhere with a friendly, respectful atmosphere where everyone gets along but also enjoys their own space.

I work front of house at a private physiotherapy clinic, and outside of work I’m passionate about fashion design, which I enjoy working on in my spare time. I’m clean, considerate, easy-going, and sociable. You’ll usually find me at the gym, catching up with friends at the pub, or enjoying live music.

I’ve been living in Southfields and would love to stay in the area if possible. I’m financially responsible, and always respectful of shared spaces.

I’m waiting for confirmation from my current letting agency, but my earliest move-in date would be around 31st August or 1st September.

My budget is up to £850 pcm including bills or £750 pcm excluding bills.
