Hi All,

My name is Iryna and I am looking for one like-minded person to join me in finding and renting together a flat or house in Walton-on-Thames, Weybridge or Woking.

I would like our home to be shared by two people only, including me. I am not looking for a large house share or a property with several tenants.

For me, home is a place of peace, privacy, comfort and order. I am quiet, calm, responsible and very considerate. I enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, rarely have visitors and do not have parties. I am looking for someone with a similar personality - dependable, emotionally mature, private and respectful of shared space.

Cleanliness is especially important to me. I naturally clean as I go, keep shared areas tidy and hygienic, and take pride in maintaining a comfortable and attractive home. I am hoping to find someone who genuinely shares these standards - someone who notices when something needs cleaning, does not leave mess for later or expect the other person to manage it, and understands the importance of proper hygiene in kitchens, bathrooms and shared areas.

I am not looking for perfection, but I do need consistency, personal responsibility and a similar understanding of what a clean and well-maintained home means.

I work on a hybrid basis, but my work from home is quiet and does not involve much noise.

My preferred locations are:

• Walton-on-Thames • Weybridge • Woking

A bathtub 🛁 is essential for me, so the property would need to have one.

I am not offering an existing room.

I am looking for the right person so that we can search together, agree on our budget and priorities, and create a calm, clean and secure home for both of us.
