Hey friends!

I am a Canadian gal who has just arrived to the UK on a two year youth mobility scheme visa.

At home I work as an artist in various mediums, and as a props master in film and television out of Toronto. I am open to a variety of locations, as I’m just starting the job hunt, but have enough saved up to float me for a while til I get sorted.

I’d like to live with a roomie or two as I don’t know anyone here, and it would be nice to have some broadening of my social spectrum in a new place.

I can be bubbly and extroverted and love an oldies dance night out/ live music, patio drinks, but I do need my recharge time and love to balance that with board games or movie nights in and craft days. I love a good potluck or family meal day if my housemates are in for a lil home tradition.

I like a clean space and am quite tidy in common areas. I have little to offer to the home by way of possessions as I’m living out of a suitcase (or two) but am happy to split on the things we need. In my ideal world, there is a washing machine.

I love travelling, camping, my degrees are in anthropology and music, I love dogs but am allergic to most cats, I love plants and well-intentioned people. I generally carry a vile of bubbles in my purse because it’s an easy way to cheer someone up, and I am a fair Macgyver in times of chaos.
