Hi, I’m Shyam, 27, and I work as a Procurement Officer with the NHS at UHCW. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and believe in being considerate of the people I live with.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring local pubs and cafés, and I’m also an equestrian, so I spend some of my free time around horses and riding. I enjoy being social and occasionally hosting or attending house gatherings with friends, but nothing excessive—I appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment.

I’m financially stable, work regular hours, and am looking for a comfortable home with friendly housemates who value cleanliness, good communication, and a positive atmosphere. I’d treat the house as my home and be a reliable, considerate tenant.
